do I cancel my account?
To cancel a hosting account or service, visit your portal and then
navigate to 'My Services'. Find the hosting account you wish to cancel
and follow the  icon.
From there click on the request cancellation button. Your request will
be processed as soon as possible.
You can also submit a ticket expressing your desire for cancellation.
