How
do I pay my bill?
We support recurring billing so that you do not need to worry about
keeping your account up to date.
There may be times that we may not bye able to charge your credit card
for whatever reason. We will not make repeated attempts to
automatically bill you in most cases. You may be required to visit your
client portal and manage your invoices to keep your account in good
standing.
From your account portal you can update your credit card details and
manage any
outstanding invoices manually.
If you place a service order, please ensure that proper payment for the
service has first been made to delay set up. If you made payment and
the service or feature does not appear to be functioning, submit
a ticket to us so that we can take a look at the problem.
