What
is my user name and password to log into my cPanel?
Your cPanel log in user name and password is generated automatically
and is different from your details to log into your client area where
you can manage your account and make purchases.
If you are a hosting client, you can easily find your cPanel user name
and password under your hosting plan details. A button should appear
that should also take you directly to your cPanel. If you choose to do
so, you can edit your cPanel user name and password to something else.
A cPanel user name and password will only be issued if you create a
hosting account. After a hosting account is set up, an email will be
sent detailing the important aspects of the hosting account including
cPanel user name and password, FTP address and new web site address.
If you did not receive the new account email, please submit
a ticket so that we can resend it or send us an email.
